GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Choose the location: Select a warm location receiving full sun to partial shade with plenty of vertical space for vigorous vine growth.
2. Prepare the soil: Use fertile, loose, well-draining soil enriched with compost or well-aged organic matter.
3. Plant the bulbils: Place healthy bulbils approximately 1–2 inches deep, covering lightly with soil rather than planting excessively deep.
4. Maintain moisture: Water after planting and keep the soil evenly moist but not waterlogged while new roots and shoots develop.
5. Provide warmth: Plant when temperatures are consistently warm, as tropical air potato vines perform poorly in cold soil and frost.
6. Space the plants: Allow approximately 3–6 feet between plants to accommodate their vigorous spreading and climbing habit.
7. Provide strong support: Install a sturdy trellis, fence, or arbor early and guide young vines toward the structure as they begin climbing.
8. Manage mature growth: Monitor vigorous vines and collect mature aerial bulbils to prevent unwanted spread, particularly where air potato is considered invasive.

Where Orders Ship From

Floren Seeds is owned and operated by RURAL HAVEN LLC, a company registered in Kentucky, United States.

All orders are dispatched from the United States. Orders delivered within the United States are domestic shipments, while orders delivered to India are international shipments.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States and India.

Free shipping covers the initial shipment. Additional costs may apply if an order needs to be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address. International orders may also be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other government charges, as explained below.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days after they are successfully placed. Processing includes order verification, product preparation, packaging, and dispatch.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing may take longer during holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active. Subsequent updates are provided by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact us so we can help review your shipment’s status.

Shipping Addresses

Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Include any necessary apartment, unit, or suite number, along with the correct postal code.

If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a delay, failed delivery, or returned shipment, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.

Address Changes

To request an address change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun. After dispatch, we generally cannot modify the shipping address.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team.

We will review the available tracking information and work with the shipping carrier, where possible, to help determine the shipment’s status.

Customs, Duties, and Import Requirements

Orders shipped to India may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, or other government charges. These charges are separate from our free shipping offer and are the customer’s responsibility, where applicable.

Customers are also responsible for meeting applicable import requirements in their destination country. Customs procedures may extend delivery times.
