Albuca Shawii Seeds for Planting – Fragrant Yellow Perennial Flower Seeds

GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Choose the planting time: Sow in spring when temperatures begin to warm, or start seeds indoors earlier under controlled conditions.
2. Prepare the growing medium: Use a light, fertile, well-draining seed-starting mix to prevent excessive moisture around developing roots.
3. Sow the seeds: Plant seeds approximately ⅛–¼ inch deep, covering them lightly with fine growing medium.
4. Maintain moisture: Keep the medium lightly and consistently moist, but avoid saturation or standing water.
5. Provide suitable light: Place seedlings in bright light and gradually introduce stronger sunlight as they become established.
6. Transplant carefully: Once seedlings are sturdy and well rooted, transplant them approximately 6–8 inches apart or into individual containers.
7. Care for established plants: Provide regular watering during active growth, allowing the upper layer of soil to begin drying between waterings.
8. Encourage flowering: Grow established plants in full sun to partial shade with good drainage and allow bulbs sufficient time to mature before expecting their best flowering display.
