GROWING INSTRUCTIONS
- Choose a Location: Select a sunny location receiving at least 6 hours of direct sunlight daily.
- Prepare the Soil: Use loose, well-draining soil. Blanket Flower performs well in moderately fertile soil and does not require overly rich conditions.
- Sow the Seeds: Sow seeds directly onto prepared soil and lightly press them into the surface. Cover only lightly with soil.
- Water Gently: Keep the soil evenly moist during germination, avoiding waterlogged conditions.
- Thin Seedlings: Once seedlings develop several true leaves, thin them to approximately 12–18 inches apart.
- Provide Care: Water regularly while plants establish. Once established, Gaillardia is relatively drought tolerant.
- Enjoy the Blooms: Remove spent flowers regularly to encourage continued blooming and maintain an attractive garden display.
