Green Ribbed Eggplant Seeds – Heirloom Non-GMO Vegetable Seeds for Planting

GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Start the seeds: Sow seeds indoors approximately 8–10 weeks before the last expected frost to give plants a strong start before outdoor planting.
2. Sow at the right depth: Plant seeds approximately ¼ inch deep in moist, well-draining seed-starting mix and cover lightly.
3. Maintain warmth: Keep the growing medium warm and consistently moist. Seeds generally germinate within 7–14 days under favorable conditions.
4. Provide strong light: Place seedlings in bright light after emergence to encourage sturdy, compact growth and healthy leaf development.
5. Transplant outdoors: Move seedlings outdoors after all danger of frost has passed and nighttime temperatures remain reliably warm.
6. Space the plants: Set plants approximately 18–24 inches apart in fertile, well-draining soil with at least 6–8 hours of direct sunlight daily.
7. Water consistently: Maintain even soil moisture during flowering and fruit development, watering around the root zone while avoiding prolonged waterlogging.
8. Harvest the fruits: Pick eggplants while they are firm, glossy, green, and tender before the fruits become overly mature and seeds harden.
