GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prepare the seeds: Sow fresh pomelo seeds whenever possible, as citrus seeds generally germinate best when they have not been allowed to dry excessively.
2. Prepare the medium: Fill pots with a light, fertile, well-draining seed-starting mix and moisten it evenly before planting.
3. Sow the seeds: Plant seeds approximately ½ inch deep, cover lightly with growing medium, and gently firm the surface.
4. Maintain warmth: Keep containers in a warm location and maintain consistent moisture. Germination commonly occurs within 14–30 days, although timing can vary.
5. Provide bright light: Once seedlings emerge, place them where they receive strong light or several hours of direct sunlight, gradually increasing sun exposure.
6. Transplant carefully: Move established seedlings into larger containers as their roots develop, or transplant outdoors once conditions are reliably warm and frost-free.
7. Water consistently: Keep soil moderately moist while allowing excess water to drain freely. Avoid leaving young citrus roots in continuously saturated soil.
8. Grow with patience: Provide full sun, warmth, regular feeding, and adequate space as the tree matures. Seed-grown pomelos can take several years to flower and produce fruit.

Where Orders Ship From

Floren Seeds is owned and operated by RURAL HAVEN LLC, a company registered in Kentucky, United States.

All orders are dispatched from the United States. Orders delivered within the United States are domestic shipments, while orders delivered to India are international shipments.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States and India.

Free shipping covers the initial shipment. Additional costs may apply if an order needs to be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address. International orders may also be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other government charges, as explained below.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days after they are successfully placed. Processing includes order verification, product preparation, packaging, and dispatch.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing may take longer during holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery estimates include both order processing and transit time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active. Subsequent updates are provided by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact us so we can help review your shipment’s status.

Shipping Addresses

Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Include any necessary apartment, unit, or suite number, along with the correct postal code.

If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a delay, failed delivery, or returned shipment, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.

Address Changes

To request an address change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun. After dispatch, we generally cannot modify the shipping address.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team.

We will review the available tracking information and work with the shipping carrier, where possible, to help determine the shipment’s status.

Customs, Duties, and Import Requirements

Orders shipped to India may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, or other government charges. These charges are separate from our free shipping offer and are the customer’s responsibility, where applicable.

Customers are also responsible for meeting applicable import requirements in their destination country. Customs procedures may extend delivery times.
